Own the end-to-end analytics and reporting stack for TD Compliance’s complaint-monitoring function, spanning data ingestion, transformation, Python analysis, Tableau dashboarding, and executive reporting.
Built and maintain a self-service dashboard used across consumer banking Compliance; modernized legacy SAS workflows with Python automation, helping increase reporting from quarterly to monthly and scale monitoring from roughly 2,000 to 300,000 complaints per month.
Automated QA sampling and implemented case-tracking controls; partnered with Compliance and Advanced Analytics to develop an LLM-powered model that classifies complaint text across 30+ banking regulations.
Feb 2022 – July 2024: Compliance Business Oversight Manager, Fair Banking, TD Bank
Rebuilt core workflows and wrote or revised all 14 team procedures, making complaint-compliance operations more consistent, defensible, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Partnered with first-line product teams to review and rewrite 25+ complaint procedures covering ECOA, TILA, and UDAAP risks; investigated hundreds of regulatory complaints and supported remediation planning.
Brought complaint reporting back into Fair Banking and maintained SAS- and Tableau-based reporting for executive audiences and regulators, including the CFPB and OCC.
