  • May 2020 – June 2021:Editor in Chief, Chicago Policy Review
    • Provided strategic leadership for Chicago Policy Review, a policy journal written, managed, and published entirely by UChicago graduate students. It is the largest student organization at the Harris School of Public Policy, with over 100 members. Read about my work as Editor in Chief.
  • August 2019 – June 2021:Graduate Assistant with Harris Leadership Development
    • Provided research and production support for webinars and written pieces.
  • June 2020 – October 2019:Contractor with Results for America
  • August 2016 – August 2019: Senior Program Associate with Massachusetts Housing Partnership
    • Provided support for the ONE Mortgage Program, including trainings for lenders and borrowers
    • Acted as lead author of a quantitative analysis of MHP’s internal mortgage dataset, comparing outcomes of MHP Mortgages with those of FHA mortgages. The paper was accepted and published in the March 2020 edition of Fannie Mae CityScapes and presented to an academic conference at the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies
  • August 2013-August 2016:Public Policy and Development Coordinator with Partners for the Common Good and Community Development Bankers Association
    • Managed, wrote, and developed metrics for grant and CDFI Fund award applications including NMTC
    • Organized CDBA members in appropriations outreach. Our advocacy resulted in Congress restoring Bank Enterprise Award funding to $18 million
    • Wrote and edited the CDBA Newsflash, a weekly email newsletter covering the community finance industry
